If you are getting an error message or something got stuck, please try these steps that might help to fix it quickly: 

\- restart the app  
\- clear cache  
\- restart device  
\- reinstall the app (make sure that you are logged in using your email address before proceeding)

Also, make sure you are logged in on Google play app/store with the correct email address.
